LEGAL INFORMATION

Effective as of 21 May 2026.

1. STATUS OF THE SERVICE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1.1. The website https://pl.rf4-stat.ru (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) is an independent analytical resource. The Service is not an affiliate, partner or official representative of LLC “Russian Fishing SPb”.

1.2. The statistics database, section structure and analytical algorithms for grouping data are subject to the exclusive rights of the Service Administration as the maker of the database (Article 1334 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

1.3. Any automated extraction of data (scraping), copying of the architecture or program code of the Service without the prior written consent of the rights holder is prohibited (Article 1229 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

2. USE OF MATERIALS FROM THE GAME “RUSSIAN FISHING 4”

2.1. All exclusive rights to visual elements, graphics, trademarks (including Russian Fishing 4), logos and characters of the game “Russian Fishing 4” belong to their lawful rights holder — LLC “Russian Fishing SPb”.

2.2. The Service does not sell in-game items or the game rights holder’s copyrighted content. The website is intended for convenient viewing and systematisation of open statistical data (facts) which, under paragraph 5 of Article 1259 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, are not subject to copyright.

2.3. Game graphics are not copied to https://pl.rf4-stat.ru and are loaded for viewing directly from publicly available source websites. Display of game graphics is solely for informational purposes as quotation (paragraph 1 of Article 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

2.4. The scope of quotation of graphic elements is strictly limited to what is necessary to visualise statistical data about gameplay and is justified by the purpose of informing users about the location and characteristics of virtual objects in the game world.

3. USER CONTENT AND SCREENSHOTS

3.1. Images (screenshots) published in the “Posts” section are used as illustrative material for factual data about gameplay.

3.2. In accordance with Article 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Service ensures mandatory indication of information about the author (player) and the source of borrowing, which is shown on the card of the relevant material.

3.3. By posting content on the Service, users confirm that such materials were obtained through lawful use of the game software and do not violate the terms of the game rights holder’s licence agreement.

4. INFRINGEMENT NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE

4.1. The Service Administration respects third parties’ intellectual property rights. If you are the rights holder of content posted on the Service without your consent, or if its use infringes your rights, please send a notice to: admin@rf4-stat.ru

4.2. The notice must include links to the disputed content and documents confirming your rights. The Administration undertakes to review the request and remove the disputed material after verification of the rights.

5. RULES FOR QUOTING MATERIALS FROM THE SERVICE

5.1. Quotation of analytical materials and statistical data from the Service is permitted provided the source is mandatorily indicated (Article 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) as a direct active hyperlink to the original page (https://rf4-stat.ru).

5.2. The link must not include attributes that prevent indexing by search engines (noindex, nofollow).
